February 21 and February 28 Mental Health First Aid
Register for Mental Health First Aid, a 14 hour course that can help increase your awareness of mental health issues, strengthen compassion, foster empathy and banish stigma.
Where: Windsor Park United Church at 1062 Autumnwood Drive.
A 2 day course that costs $35 and includes MHFA manual, wallet card and certificate.
Light refreshments will be provided; please bring a nut-free lunch.
