Thank You

The Outreach Council would like to heartily thank everyone for your generous donations of resources, time, and “Muscle” to ensure the success of the Christmas Hamper project. We packed and delivered 15 hampers to families, couples, and individuals in our community on December 14th. Your overwhelming support enabled us to share gifts, groceries, and good spirits with our neighbours in need. We also had sufficient funds to cover all expenses. Well done, Friends!

In December, our Mitten Tree was adorned with over 150 colourful winter accessories. We give sincere thanks to the WPUC members who so generously gave of their talent, time, and treasure to produce these gifts. We also recognize and applaud the efforts of the Dawson Trail and Dakota House Knitting Clubs. The donations of headwear, gloves, mittens, scarves, socks, and sweaters have been bundled and transported to Rossbrook House for distribution to the children who access the facility. Muchas gracias, amigos!

Food Cupboard

Our food cupboard is in need of soup, cereal, and canned meats. We have a generous Supply of Kraft Dinner, pastas, and pasta sauces. Thank you.

Broadview

It is that time of year once again. Subscriptions to Broadview (The Observer) are now due. The cost is $25.00 and the deadline for renewal is February 10, 2020. You can put the payment in the offering payment marked with your name and that it is for Broadview renewal. Please make cheques payable to Windsor Park United Church.
