Services and Rentals

For weddings, funerals, baptisms or rentals, your first step is to call the church office at 204256-8792.

  • Baptisms are held by request. Parents attend a preparation meeting with the minister prior to the baptism.
  • Weddings – for information about using the facilities and/or arranging a wedding with our minister in an alternate location, please call the office (204-256-8792).
  • Funerals/Memorial Services/Celebrations of Life.   We are honored to be able to conduct services for church families and those who wish to have a service in our building.

  • Facility rental – We have a 2 large spaces, suitable for meetings, showers, family events, concerts and recitals.  Smaller meeting rooms are also available. WPUC Facility Rentals

Windsor Park United Church is pleased to make its’ facilities available to the community. The sanctuary is a space well suited as a venue for concerts and recital seating. It contains a beautiful grand piano with seating for 200 people.

WPUC offers the following amenities:

On-site parking lot (with additional parking across the street)

Barrier free access

Main floor public and barrier free washrooms (gender-neutral)

A lift for access to lower level

Commercial kitchen with 2 ovens, stovetop, large cooler and industrial dishwasher

Lower level spaces to accommodate large or small gatherings

Lower level public washrooms

Lower level barrier free/gender-neutral washroom

 

Rental Spaces

Sanctuary (main floor) – $200
– maximum 200 people seated
– maximum 130 people with tables & chairs

Lower level South Room – $200
– maximum 150 people seated
– maximum 130 people with tables & chairs

Lower level North Room – $100
– maximum 60 people with tables & chairs

Each additional hour – $25.00

Rates based on 5 hours.

Optional Services

Lower Level Commercial Kitchen with Room Rental – $50.00

Use of Projector  –  $25.00

Sound system – Use of Microphone & Speakers –  $50.00

Use of Lower Level Commercial Kitchen with Room Rental –  $50.00

All room rentals include use of 6′ banquet tables & chairs.
